| It consists of a column carrying the mixing head, a conveyor trolley, and a 50kg capacity S.S. bowl. Mixing is carried out by two tefloned arms that operate on a sloping axis, and cross each other during their planetary movement. The sugar mass passes from the cooler into the mixer bowl and is carried to the mixer itself by the trolley. When the machine is turned on, the bowl is automatically lifted to the same height as the arms. These immediately being to turn and incorporate the colours, flavor acids poured by the operation into the sugar mass. From 20 to 30 seconds are required to mix each batch when the operation is finished the bowl automatically descend into the truley and the sugar mass is ready from transfer the Kneading Machine (MAS 107). | |
